Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the modernization of the room, even though the outside and lobby had a historic feel. However, the cleanliness was subpar with issues like a hole in the ceiling, a blood stain on the comforter, and hair on the sheets. The doors being left wide open all night was concerning.
The hotel was conveniently located on the I-93, making it very centralized and close to an amazing restaurant. The rooms were a nice size and clean, equipped with a fridge and microwave; however, the property seemed old and run down. The service was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, offering access to a neighboring room for hot water. The location was convenient overall, but the loose pool entrance handle was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience could have been better with more selection, but it did offer a good variety. The hotel had nonexistent facilities.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms seemed not clean and had a bit of smell, but on the bright side, they smelled clean and were actually clean. The service had its downs with some rude staff members and issues with amenities, yet it improved with friendly service during my stay. The location was convenient for shopping and events but had some hitches like an uncomfortable pool entrance. Dining had its lows with limited options, but on the flip side, it provided hot and cold selections. The facilities had their flaws but also some good points.
